Shipping policy

Shipping

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing typically takes 2-5 business days but may be delayed due to high demand. Once processed, ground packages are usually delivered within 5-10 business days.
  • Tracking Orders: You can find your USPS or UPS tracking number by logging into your Beyond Complexion account.
  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard ground shipping within the USA on orders over $175, excluding taxes and after discounts.

Address Changes and Errors

  • Changing Delivery Address: If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at yourorder@beyondcomplexion.com or via text. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet left the warehouse.
  • Incorrect Address: Beyond Complexion is not responsible for misdelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. If the shipping label matches the provided address, any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking or insurance for returns. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is missing or lost, email us at yourorder@beyondcomplexion.com with your order number. Please allow 48 hours for a response. Meanwhile, you can:
  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
  2. Verify with your mail room, front desk, or mailbox for a key to a larger mail box.
  3. Contact your USPS carrier or local USPS office with your tracking number.
  4. If unresolved, call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to open an Investigation Service case and provide us with the case number.
  5. For suspected theft, inform your post office manager, who will contact the US postal inspector. Theft is taken very seriously by the US Postal Service.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that have been stolen. If you have evidence of theft, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Report the Theft to the Police: Package theft is a serious offense, and filing a police report can assist local authorities in addressing similar incidents in your community. Additionally, a police report might be necessary if you plan to file an insurance or credit card claim.
  2. Reach Out to Your Credit Card Provider: Some credit cards include purchase protection for stolen items. We recommend contacting your card issuer to find out if this benefit applies to your situation.
