Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return and issue a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Please note that if your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Reactions to Products

If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, we offer personalized support at no additional cost. Our goal is to help you identify the cause of the reaction and adjust your routine to ensure a suitable and effective experience.

If you prefer not to use this service, you can opt for a product return under the following conditions:

Specific Conditions

  • Eligible Products: Returns are accepted only for products that, when used correctly, have caused a documented adverse reaction. We accept photographic evidence and a dermatologist’s assessment to evaluate the case.
  • Timeframe: You can request a return within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
  • Refund Percentage: This will depend on the product's condition:
    • If less than 50% of the product has been used, a refund of between 70% and 100% will be issued.
    • If more than 50% of the product has been used, a partial refund will be issued.
  • Exclusions: Products that have been misused or purchased without prior consultation are not eligible for return, except in cases of documented adverse reactions.

Returns for Unused and Non-Defective Products

If you wish to return a product that is unused and in perfect condition, the following conditions apply:

  • Eligible Products: Products must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging intact and security seals unbroken.
  • Timeframe: Your request must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase.

 

Please email us at yourorder@beyondcomplexion.com with your order number to initiate your return. Returns sent directly to our warehouse, or those made without first emailing us, will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is initiated, you have 5 calendar days to send the item(s) and have the return marked as delivered. After 5 days from the return initiation, your order will no longer be eligible for a full refund. Please keep proof of return shipments, including the date shipped. Beyond Complexion is not responsible for return shipments, including any missing items or mis-delivered shipments.

 

Damages and Issues

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition! Please inspect your package as soon as it’s delivered, and if you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, reach out to us within 48 hours. To help us evaluate the issue and assist you promptly, we kindly ask that you provide clear photographic evidence of the product’s condition and the packaging. This ensures we can fully understand the situation and make it right for you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process claims submitted beyond this timeframe.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We’re committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our products and services. However, please note that some items are non-returnable. This includes online consultation services, gift cards, and items purchased on sale. Thank you for your understanding!

Processing a Return

We usually process returns on the next business day after receiving your parcel. However, in some cases, it may take up to 5 days. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at yourorder@beyondcomplexion.com.

Theft of Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for orders that have been reported as theft. We recommend following up with your local postal service or contacting the carrier directly if you believe your package has been stolen. For additional recommendations, please visit our Shipping Policy.

Payment with Gift Card or eGift Card

Orders paid for with a Gift Card or eGift Card will receive store credit.
