APPOINTMENTS & COVID PROTOCOLS
If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, please call or text (305) 901-1307 to cancel your appointment.
In order to maintain the minimum occupancy capacity, we request all clients come to appointments alone.
Unfortunately we cannot allow companions inside the room or waiting room.
Do not arrive before your appointment time; enter just as your appointment is supposed to begin (about a minute prior). Please wait in your car if you arrive earlier.
✔️All clients will be required to wear a mask to enter.
✔️Your hair should be tied up in a high ponytail.
✔️Do not bring bags, purses, or any oversized personal items to your appointment.
✔️The receptionist will take your temperature upon entering the clinic. Your temperature will be recorded on your visit paperwork.
✔️ Be mindful of others and follow social distancing and hygiene guidelines both in the waiting room and during your treatment.
✔️No companions or family members will be allowed to accompany you in the waiting area or during your appointment.
You will be asked to wash your hands with disinfectant soap. If your treatment is on your face, you will also be asked to wash your face twice with a special cleanser. The receptionist will provide this when you register.
We will have spray for you to use to disinfect your belongings before entering the room.

Yes please! 📝 … once you make your first appointment you will receive an email from Vagaro with all required forms. We totally understand you have a busy life and the last thing you want to do is fill out a bunch of forms; however, understand that the more we know about your skin, lifestyle and skincare routine at home the better we can achieve your desired results. This is the only way we can do the best treatments, create skin routines and new habits based on the needs of your skin, every skin is different!
We need all the forms submitted to us at least two hours before your appointment. If they’re not, you can fill them out once you get to the office but it will remove time from your treatment.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
You can always login in to your beyond complexion account to find the USPS tracking number of your order.
**Due to COVID-19, expected shipping dates will fluctuate due to high demand of USPS or other carrier services. Please be patient and allow a few more days for the package to arrive.**
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or by text. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order only if the order has not left the warehouse
Beyond complexion is not responsible for missdelivered shipments.
Please make sure the address you provide is correct! We create shipping labels based on the information provided by you at the time of purchase. If the address on the order matches the address on the label, beyond complexion will not be responsible for any extra shipping cost to a different address.
Orders usually ship Monday through Friday, unless there is a federal holiday within the United States.
We process orders as fast as possible so you can enjoy your products ASAP🤗. Processing your order usually takes 1-3 business days; Though, at this time, processing times may be delayed. Once picked up from our warehouse… It’s on its way! 🚚💨. Ground packages are usually delivered within 5 -10 business days. Keep in mind that many shipping carriers including USPS are experiencing delays due to increased volume and COVID-19. For this reason, shipments may be subject to delays while in transit. We regret that we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time.
YES!!! 📦 We offer FREE standard ground shipping is only available within the USA on orders $125 and over – excluding taxes and after discounts have been subtracted.
We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return and issue a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs.
Please email [email protected] with the order number to initiate your return. A return made to our warehouse or one made without initiating a return by emailing [email protected] will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
Once your return is initiated, you have 14 calendar days to send the item(s) and for the return to be marked delivered. Once 14 days has passed from the return initiation date, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund. Please keep records of return shipments, for proof of date shipped. Beyond complexion is not responsible for a return shipment, including instances of missing item(s) or miss-delivered shipments.
In order to be eligible for a full refund, any and all promotional items, gifts with purchase, and/or freebies must be returned. Bonus gift cards will be disabled and any used amount will be deducted from your refund in the case of a return.
Payment with gift card, eGift card: Orders paid for with a Gift Card or eGift Card will receive a store credit.
Processing a Return: We typically process returns on the day we receive the parcel, however under some circumstances this could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed you will receive an email confirming your refund.
We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back or damaged, we cannot issue a refund.
Email us at [email protected] with the order number. Please allow 48 hour for us to get back to you. While we get back to you please follow these steps:
- Have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight.
- Check around all entrances, including around the garage.
- If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. Check your mailbox for a key that opens the big mail box for big packages.
- You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.
- Ask your USPS carrier or call your local USPS office. Have the address and tracking number ready. Ask to see if they are holding a package there. They should place you on hold while they look to see if it is there. Sometimes packages are incorrectly scanned.
If you still can’t find your package, call USPS Toll Free number: 1-800-275-8777 and open a Investigation Service case. Please provide us with the number to help you look for the package.
If you think it could have been stolen, then you should tell your post office manager and s(he) will contact the US postal inspector. The US post office takes mail theft very seriously.

By creating an account on beyondcomplexion.com you will be able to keep record of all your purchases, billing, and order tracking information. You can also store multiple shipping addresses to expedite the check-out process. If you choose to receive emails (which we highly suggest!), you will also be the first to know about new products, promotions and all things beyond complexion!

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa- and American Express-branded pre-paid gift cards. We have all the Do’s and Don’ts for each product…just go to the product you want to start using and click on HOW TO USE.
Yes, most definitely. Means it is working! When it comes to using a new product or ingredient (especially those that are acidic like L-Ascorbic and mandelic acid), start slowly and let your skin adjust. We use high concentrations in our products to ensure effectiveness, so a little tingling is normal. Use them once a day every other day while your skin gets used to it. Increase use as tolerated.

Repeat after me! 👏🏼 SPF is the #1 ingredient to prevent aging! ✨ Wearing sunscreen prevents discoloration like dark spots and uneven tone, protects your skin from harmful, cancer-causing rays, and keeps fine lines and wrinkles at bay 🙌🏼 You can’t go back in time and erase sun damage but you can take the proper steps to prevent it and keep your complexion, smooth, even, wrinkle and discoloration free!
Some sun exposure is important for your vitamin D intake, but always protect your skin!
At least 80% of premature aging is caused by daily exposure to UV rays.
Those few minutes of sun exposure while driving to run errands, to work, sitting by the window, a quick run and walking your dog are enough to cause skin discoloration and premature aging over time.In addition, indoor lighting (florescent and halogen bulbs) also breaks down collagen and can cause the same aging as UVA rays.
