Please make sure the address you provide is correct! We create shipping labels based on the information provided by you at the time of purchase. If the address on the order matches the address on the label, beyond complexion will not be responsible for any extra shipping cost to a different address.
We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return and issue a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number to initiate your return. A return made to our warehouse or one made without initiating a return by emailing email@example.com will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
Once your return is initiated, you have 14 calendar days to send the item(s) and for the return to be marked delivered. Once 14 days has passed from the return initiation date, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund. Please keep records of return shipments, for proof of date shipped. Beyond complexion is not responsible for a return shipment, including instances of missing item(s) or miss-delivered shipments.
In order to be eligible for a full refund, any and all promotional items, gifts with purchase, and/or freebies must be returned. Bonus gift cards will be disabled and any used amount will be deducted from your refund in the case of a return.
Payment with gift card, eGift card: Orders paid for with a Gift Card or eGift Card will receive a store credit.
Processing a Return: We typically process returns on the day we receive the parcel, however under some circumstances this could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed you will receive an email confirming your refund.
All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your appointment in order to avoid being charged. Patients who do not cancel with 48h notice will be charged 50% of the appointment price for the cancellation. Patients failing to cancel by call, text, or email will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment.
